Maths

I am proud of my maths because I put a lot of effort into it. Something that challenged me was putting all the right answers in the right place and there's another thing that I'm proud is that all my hard work is in my thinking. I split the tens and ones when I added the numbers together. 

My Art Work

I am proud of my art work because it took me a while to finish and I tried to put in most of my details about me on my art work. We could choose the shape of our masks because they didn't have to look like a real face. I chose blue and turqoise for the background of my mask because they are my favorite colours. The nose is made out of an A for Aotea and my ear is made of an H for Harmer and Higgins. Next time I will do 2 Hs for both the Hs in my last name. All of my mask is made out of recycled cardboard. Some of the card is the inside part of a box so it has corrugated parts on it. I am happy with how my mask looks because I put in a lot effort. Something that challenged me was doing all of the shapes and cutting them out of the tough cardboard.

Camp Reflections

It's a beautiful day in the pit of DOOM!!!

Something that challenged me at Camp Omatua was tubing because I have not been tubing before and I am terrified of eels because I know they are slimy and a little bit naughty because they nip you and I noticed a  baby one behind a rock and just flouting under the water. The eel was black-sh grey-sh so kinda the same.
Tubing was so awesome I have to do that again same day maybe all day everyday it was cool and relaxing. Fear factor food was my personal favorite except for the fresh animal blood Mrs Hill told us but it actually
was coconut milk yuck!!! I puked up in the sink (Sorry Mrs Hill) We all did the last challenges all together as a real team to me. I still tried to think this one out but when every one took off their blind fold and then... Mrs Hill said it out loud it's weetbix. I was still finding out what was it.

Camp Omatua  was awesome. I hope we go there again some day.

Detail

I am proud of my learning because I put lots of work into it and put some detail in my writing. My detail  came from what I could see,hear, smell and feel. In my writing I wrote about the Mary Celeste. 

Fireworks Presentation

I am proud of my presentation because I put a lot of effort into my presentation.
My presentation took a while to finish. I struggled a bit but I got it done. I didn't really know 
a lot about fireworks until I thought and thought about it so I thought some more and I clicked 
for a while. Something that challenged me was learning to use my device properly. I learnt to 
copy images from the internet and put them into the right place.
